1. Un-authorized Usage of Video and Audio of pravachanams 2. Using stray sentences from pravachanam without quoting it in its full form, thereby causing damage to the entire content and the prestige of Brahmasri Dr.Chaganti Koteswara Rao garu & Sree Guru Vaani Society ® 3. Tampering the content of the pravachanams with malicious intention and naming it with sensational words for attracting public in general 4. Malicious intention to defame the person, section of people and a religion/belief 5. Willful misrepresentation of facts, telecast of a fabricated program with malicious intent to damage the image, original content and there by to ear through advertisements etc., on youtube channel and other means.
Therefore you are directed to:
Stop publishing all these activities and remove all audio / videos posted without prior permission.
Further if we do not find any positive reciprocation from you within 7 days of this notice we will look in possible options of necessary legal actions.
